Not quite sure which is funnier in all this: the fact that the owner of the cafe insists his restraunt is perfectly fine in serving eight thousand calorie meals, or the fact this this is the first incident where a customer has actually been carried out by an ambulance. How is a place like that even passed by the authorities?
